I build sales enablement systems that combine storytelling, data, and design to help teams communicate value, convert more efficiently, and close deals faster. I’ve redesigned full sales decks across multiple SaaS products, and created multimedia content that improves product understanding and buying confidence. My work brings marketing, product, and sales together into one cohesive revenue engine.

OEM Pitch Decks

Redesigning how sales teams communicate value across OEM programs.

Dealer Alchemist was an approved vendor for multiple major OEMs. Being in-program meant dealerships could use Co-Op funds from the manufacturer to pay for certified advertising, SEO, website, and lead technology services.

This created a major sales advantage, but only if the value story was consistent, clear, and aligned with each OEM’s requirements.

I redesigned and rebuilt the entire OEM deck ecosystem across all in-program manufacturers, giving Dealer Alchemist a unified, scalable sales enablement system that helped reps close more efficiently and helped dealers justify Co-Op spend.

Audi Ontario OEM Case Study

High-Impact Performance Storytelling for OEM Certification

As part of Dealer Alchemist’s initiative to become a certified Digital Advertising, SEO, and Website provider for Audi North America, I created a data-driven performance case study focused on one of our strongest-performing Audi stores: Audi Ontario.

The goal was to deliver a polished, executive-ready presentation that demonstrated measurable results, compliance alignment, and platform scalability across the Audi dealer network.

Sales Enablement Integration

This case study became a core asset used by:

  • leadership during OEM certification meetings,

  • sales reps pitching Audi dealers,

  • marketing for validation and proof of performance,

  • product teams aligning capabilities with OEM priorities.

It acted as both a pitch tool and strategic credibility builder.

Outcome

The case study was extremely well received by Audi North America.

Its clarity, data integrity, and premium presentation format significantly strengthened Dealer Alchemist’s position, and the company is now well on the way to securing full Audi OEM certification.

This project exemplifies how thoughtful sales enablement assets can influence enterprise-level decision-making and accelerate strategic partnerships.

Mitsubishi OEM Program One-Sheeter

Certified Product Bundles & Dealer Value Overview

As one of Dealer Alchemist’s newest certified OEMs, Mitsubishi needed a clear and compliant way to communicate all approved Digital Advertising, SEO, and Website products. I designed this one-sheeter to break down each certified service, package tier, and Co-Op structure into a simple, dealer-friendly format.

Project Overview

This asset served as the primary sales handout for Mitsubishi dealers, helping them quickly understand:

  • What services were OEM-certified

  • How each bundle (Good/Better/Best) was structured

  • Which products were Co-Op eligible

  • The value and differences across each package

My Contributions

  • Organized all certified Mitsubishi products into easy-to-compare bundles

  • Integrated Co-Op rules, eligibility, and pricing for transparency

  • Designed a clean, compliant one-page layout aligned with MMNA branding

  • Created a reusable template reps could use across calls, onboarding, and follow-ups

Impact

This one-sheeter made Mitsubishi’s certified program easier for dealers to adopt, strengthened sales conversations, and supported Dealer Alchemist’s launch as an official MMNA provider.
